MENUMENU
At Crime Scene Clean-Up® (CSCU), we hire and train compassionate, dedicated professionals who want to help people in the midst of crisis, when a tragedy strikes. Our objective is to restore a scene to a safe state, bringing relief to grieving family members and giving them peace of mind knowing they will not be responsible for the traumatic and potentially dangerous task of cleaning up after a homicide, suicide, unattended or accidental death.
We can make even the worst crime scenes “go away” – so that you can start over. We clean tear gas, fingerprint dust, blood and bodily fluids, affected walls and surfaces, and personal property. We don’t solve crimes – we clean them.
Many of our team members are former military, law enforcement, fire department volunteers, emergency responders, or have hands-on construction experience. In addition to the skills they bring to the table, we train and certify them in the use of personal protective gear with full facemask respirators, along with biohazard treatment and waste removal. Each team member is required to know and follow building safety codes, environmental regulations and OSHA guidelines.
CSCU team members undergo regular training updates to maintain certifications and stay informed about changing regulations and new developments in crime scene clean up science and technology.
Our polite and non-judgmental crime scene clean up specialists are trained in crisis communications and we understand the horror and uncertainty you feel. We respect your privacy, and protect it by using unmarked vehicles, when requested. Once we examine the scene, we prepare a written proposal and share it with you, taking time to answer all your questions and make sure you understand what will be involved in the process, how long it will take and how much it will cost.
At the conclusion of our services we also offer assistance with insurance procedures for possibly obtaining reimbursement. Crime Scene Clean-Up® will handle all aspects of the job from start to finish.
You can trust us that the job will be done discreetly, safely and correctly, and with respect, understanding and compassion.
