How we operate

CSCU provides emergency clean up services for homeowners, businesses, law enforcement, and military and government agencies. Once summoned to a scene, we evaluate the extent of the damage and prepare a written proposal. We take as much time as you need to answer all your questions, and when our proposal is accepted, we immediately begin the restoration procedures.

Our representatives understand that you need help right away. Before making the call, be prepared to answer the following questions:

• Location: Let us know the exact address of the emergency cleanup, with additional information such as landmarks and cross streets, for a timely arrival.
• Authorized representative: Either next of kin or an authorized representative of the property owner (such as a friend or neighbor) may place the call; a legally authorized person will need to sign off on any work before we begin.
• Access to scene: If you won’t be available to meet the crew, CSCU will work with you to arrange access to the property.
• Situation: Any information you can provide about what happened helps us know what to expect. We offer unmarked vehicle response when requested, for added privacy.
• Worry-free payment options: By letting us know the name of your homeowner’s insurance company, we can begin the process of filing your claim as soon as possible. Financial hardship assistance is also available.
